Bank of Khyber Signs Long-Term Cybersecurity Partnership with Commtel for SOC, SIEM Services

Peshawar, Friday, August 22, 2025: The Bank of Khyber (BoK) has entered into a strategic partnership with Commtel to enhance its cybersecurity posture through the deployment of advanced Security Operations Center (SOC) and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) services. With a potential longterm scope, the collaboration marks an important milestone in BoK’s ongoing digital transformation journey, positioning security as a central pillar of its operations.

The signing ceremony was held at the Bank of Khyber’s Head Office in Peshawar and attended by senior leadership from both organizations. Representing BoK were Manzar Habib, Syed Afaq Ehtisham Tirmizi, Sahibzada Hamza Noor, Ishtiaq Khalil, Syed Rohan Ali Shah, and Waseem Sajjad, while Commtel was represented by Ziyad Mehtab, Shahid Khan, and Noor ul An Khan.

Speaking at the ceremony held at the BoK Office, Manzar Habib, Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at BoK, said:
