Commtel and Huawei Conclude Final Training Batch for HEC Smart Classrooms

Commtel, in collaboration with Huawei and HEC Pakistan, recently completed the final batch of the Huawei IdeaHub Video Conferencing Solutions Training. This initiative marks a significant step in the ongoing digital transformation of the academic landscape in Pakistan.

The training program was led by Muhammad Yaseen, Head of Unified Communications & Collaboration at Commtel. It was specifically developed for the smart classrooms Commtel has deployed across various colleges nationwide, ensuring that educators and administrators can fully leverage the advanced technology at their disposal.

Throughout the session, participants from various institutions received hands-on training on the Huawei IdeaHub ecosystem. The focus was on enabling seamless connectivity between individual colleges and the Higher Education Commission (HEC) via the Pakistan Education & Research Network (PERN).

By mastering these collaboration tools, institutions are now better equipped to facilitate remote learning, host inter-college seminars, and streamline communication across the academic network.
