With a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from PAF KIET and a career that began as an intern at COMMTEL in 2007, Saad has steadily risen through the ranks to become a Director of Technology Sales. Throughout his journey, he took on the role of Manager Technical, overseeing Sales and Operations in the Southern region. The focus of his work has always been on sales, team building, and expanding products and services. His technical education proved to be a crucial foundation for a flourishing career in technical sales. Saad places a strong emphasis on customer value, cultivating long-term relationships, and empowering the team with guidance and support.
Motivated by a deep interest in technology, particularly the cyber industry and Industry 4.0, he has consistently demonstrated dedication to helping clients, even during challenging moments when they find themselves unsupported. His leadership approach centers around coaching, guidance, and fostering internal collaboration and communication. He believes that an organization’s culture, values, and respect are the keys to success. Notable achievements include introducing the Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) vertical to the company’s portfolio, establishing and managing 10 Security Operations Centers (SOC) customers in just 2.5 years, with an impressive 100% retention rate, and achieving 70% of the business from existing customers. Looking ahead, he aspires to elevate the organization into a leading global company in the technology sales industry.
